FOAM Extruder

PE Foam Sheet Extruder produces highly qualified PE foam sheet by butane gas foaming method with several materials like Surface Active Agent, Talc Master Batch, Pigment, etc. Also, it is equipped with automatic systems to control each part of the process. Our special new Die-Head can makes sheet with thickness up to 20mm directly. In results, closed-cell polyethylene foams are formed with innumerable cells from Low Density Polyethylene(LDPE) resins expanded by 15-40 times. It has been excellent results in its shock absorbing, moisture-proofing, heat insulating, chemical resistance and easy handling has widely been used for industrial packaging, construction and agricultural purposes. Our PE Foam extruder is designed by Polycell Korea Corporation's own technology to provide high quality and good service to our customers.
